Returns 

Return will be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact within 7 days upon delivery. Also, clients will liable for shipment cost.

     How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us info.shopdeja@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Kindly include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation of your concerns.

Review and Approval Process

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

  • Approved requests may require the item to be returned for inspection.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must pass quality inspection before a refund is processed.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5- 7 business days after inspection.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, provided they are available in stock. Please follow the same return steps to request an exchange

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount of 10% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
